The present general conditions of sale (GCS) apply to all sales concluded on the DAVID GUZMAN CERAMISTE website (https:\/\/david-guzman.art), property of DAVID GUZMAN, registered under the SIRET number 44024204800039, whose registered office is located at 8 RUE SCHAEFFER 14800 TOUQUES.<\/p>\n

1. Objet<\/h4>\n

These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of works of art and related products offered on the DAVID GUZMAN CERAMISTE website (https:\/\/david-guzman.art).<\/p>\n

2. Produits<\/h4>\n

<\/p>\n

The products offered for sale are those described on the site on the day of consultation.\nThe photographs and descriptions of the products have no contractual value and may vary slightly according to the reproduction of colors or the size of the works. <\/p>\n

3. Prix<\/h4>\n

Product prices are quoted in euros (\u20ac), inclusive of all taxes.\nDelivery costs are invoiced in addition to the product price and are indicated before the order is validated. <\/p>\n

All orders placed on the site are binding on the customer as soon as payment has been confirmed.\nThe customer will receive a confirmation e-mail summarizing the order and delivery terms. <\/p>\n

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.\nThe customer may pay by credit card or any other means of payment offered on the site. <\/p>\n

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his reasons.\nThe customer must return the products in their original state and in perfect condition.\nReturn shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.\nReimbursement will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned products. <\/p>\n

The seller cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse of the products purchased or negligence on the part of the customer.<\/p>\n

The works of art and related products sold on the site benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the French Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by the French Civil Code.<\/p>\n

The seller undertakes to protect customers’ personal data in accordance with current regulations.\nThe data collected is used solely to process orders and communicate with customers.\nCustomers have the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data. <\/p>\n

11. Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle<\/h4>\n

<\/p>\n

All works of art, images, text and other content on the site are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or used without the author’s permission.<\/p>\n

12. Droit applicable et juridiction comp\u00e9tente<\/h4>\n

<\/p>\n

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.\nIn the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution.\nFailing this, the competent courts will be those of Deauville. <\/p>\n

The seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time.\nModifications will take effect as soon as they are published on the site. <\/p>\n
